Add support for non-local storage solutions

The TP describes the following file systems: File Based, LVM, or ThinLVM. It would be great to see network based file systems, such as ceph, to make Solus.io truly scalable.

I would add S3-compliant object storaget to the list (eg. add Amazon or other S3 to Solus environoment)

For templates, you mean? For ISO and VM storage it would make no sense.

For storing anything, really - there are great tools like LucidLink that's a true file system for object storage. For building websites with static content or for web apps that drive user-generated content. Agree that ISO and VM storage work fine in a block environment.

@Mark You should create a different topic for that. The purpose of this request is to have Ceph support for VMs. Your request is about object storage, a different kind of storage solution. I think that you have a better chance when you open a separate topic about this.
